The announcement text:
I am a one-man internet company, and I develop & license web-related software. I need someone to handle the day-to-day operational stuff, as well as lower-level tasks. Great opportunity to take basic skill levels and increase them substantially. The #1 qualification is to be very organized and diligent. After that, key skill is to know your way around computers & software.



Candidate will have opportunity to grow in both compensation & knowledge base. There is also potential for moving to full-time within 3 months, and flexible regarding occasional telecommuting.



Must haves:

Strong internet search proficiency (i.e. working with many tabs, finding information very quickly, speed)

Strong Excel experience (i.e. formula knowledge, formatting)

Basic HTML knowledge (if you know what CSS is, that`s a bonus)

Basic Quickbooks or similar (i.e. book-keeping & financial software)



Nice-to-haves:

Experience in Mac OS

Basic Photoshop or Design Experience

Online Industry Experience

Any Sales Experience (Inside/Phone Sales particularly)

Automotive Knowledge or Passion



Job Description:

30% Research & Tasking (Internet research, searching & phone calls to vendors, finding assets)

30% Organizational (Mail, Appointments, Phone, Scheduling, File org, Note-taking)

20% Book-keeping (Invoices, Quickbooks)

20% Other (i.e. basic photoshop & html)



Bachelors Degrees Preferred; Current students - if you are an All Star.

Located: Murray Hill - 34th & Park

Hours: 20-25 hours/week - Monday-Thursday 9:30am - 2:30pm (Flexible)

Starts: ASAP
